We ship fresh meat to your door. Not frozen, fresh. It stays fresh because of the packaging we use. The packaging is designed to keep the meat chilled to the proper temperature for up to 12 hours after it is delivered.
Our out of town deliveries are shipped through UPS. We offer local delivery in Windsor, on all orders for a set delivery fee of $10.00 per order.

WHERE DO WE SHIP OUR PRODUCT?
If you live in Canada, we invite you to order from our site. Unfortunately we can NOT ship to the USA or overseas. If you live out of Canada, we thank you for your interest and referrals to our great products.
LOCAL DELIVERIES AVAILABLE
We will be offering local deliveries in Windsor and Essex County for a low fee of $10.00. We are just setting up our system to accept this and will announce it once it’s live.
HOW IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?
From start to finish we want to guarantee the quality of all our products we sell. One of the ways to ensure that is through proper packaging and shipping channels. We have selected UPS to fulfill all of our shipping needs. All of the products that get shipped are packaged in one inch insulated bags with cold packs to help maintain a cold and consistent temperature.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders placed before 2PM, will be processed and shipped in two (2) business days. It is then packaged in a insulated box with single use cold packs and picked up from UPS for shipping. The shipping is GUARANTEED by UPS to arrive the following day.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT?
When placing an order, it is not necessary for someone to be there to receive it. If you won’t be at the provided address to receive your shipment, it will be left at your door. It is packaged in properly sealed insulated packs and will remain cool until you arrive, up to 12 hours after it is delivered.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
The cost of shipping is determined by size and weight of the package and will be displayed at checkout.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THE PRODUCT ONCE I RECEIVE IT?
Once the product is received, it must be refrigerated immediately. If you choose, you can put it in the freezer since the product has never been frozen before.
